Exercise Classes for Pregnancy
We all know having a baby is hard work - perhaps more so in a foreign country and without the support of family, it can seem that little bit harder. That's why it's important to look after yourself. Exercise will boost your immune system and provide the circulation and energy levels needed to help you enjoy your pregnancy and prepare your body for labour.
