Exercise Classes for Pregnancy

We all know having a baby is hard work - perhaps more so in a foreign country and without the support of family, it can seem that little bit harder. That's why it's important to look after yourself. Exercise will boost your immune system and provide the circulation and energy levels needed to help you enjoy your pregnancy and prepare your body for labour.


BirthEnergetics exercise classes for pregnancy include:

  • a low-impact aerobic warmup
  • gentle stretching
  • breathing
  • squatting
  • pelvic floor exercises
  • massage

You can start as early as 4 months and the classes are designed to take you up to your birth.Please check with your health insurance company as you may find that you are covered for these classes
